Like many women, I spent years believing I could always "get back" to the healthy, athletic version of myself. But life had other plans.

A demanding corporate career, constant travel, motherhood, marriage, and the pressure to do it all slowly pushed my own well-being to the bottom of the list. I was helping organizations improve performance while my own health and energy were slipping away.

Eventually, I realized something had to change. I stepped away from my corporate career and chose to invest in myself—physically, mentally, and emotionally. That decision didn't just transform my health; it completely changed the direction of my life.

Since 2011, I've been coaching women to build sustainable habits through fitness, nutrition, and mindset. Along the way, I've learned that lasting transformation isn't about chasing perfection or another quick fix. It's about creating a lifestyle that supports the woman you want to become.

Today, as a coach and business owner, I help high-achieving women stop putting themselves last. Together, we'll build strength, fuel your body with confidence, and create habits that fit your real life—not someone else's version of it.

My mission is simple: to help women reclaim their health, confidence, and identity through sustainable fitness, mindful nutrition, and a mindset rooted in self-worth instead of self-sacrifice.
