For years, I believed success meant climbing the corporate ladder.

I spent my career traveling the country as a healthcare improvement consultant, helping hospitals improve patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and financial performance. On paper, I had built a successful career.

But behind the scenes...

My own health was declining.

Long hours, airports, presentations, deadlines, motherhood, marriage, and trying to keep everyone else happy left very little time for taking care of myself.

Ironically, while I was helping organizations improve their bottom line...

My own waistline—and my overall health—were moving in the opposite direction.

As a former athlete, I knew what it felt like to be strong.

I just didn't know how to balance that strength with the realities of adult life.

Eventually, I realized something had to change.

I stepped away from corporate America and spent six months focusing on something I hadn't prioritized in years:

Myself.

That season completely changed my life.

I rediscovered fitness.

I learned how nutrition could fuel—not restrict—my life.

Most importantly, I realized lasting transformation starts with your mindset.

In 2011, I launched my own coaching business.

What began with personal training and group fitness evolved into nutrition coaching, habit change, and mindset development.

Today, that's exactly what I help other women do.

Because I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed.

I know what it's like to lose yourself while building a career and caring for everyone else.

And I know it's possible to get yourself back.

Not through perfection.

But through sustainable habits that create lasting change.
